Considered the 50 year storm to many island folk, mid december 2018 produced unprecedented wave heights and wind speeds. This was the scene at Ucluelet's Amphrite Lighthouse. With complete exposure to the storms ferocity, the waves breaking on the surrounding reefs were a sight to behold.
